Onwards to saigon and destruction of our enemies

The above image dated 1975, shows throngs of cheering civilians in front of the Ben Thanh markets (the same location as seen in the previous image) in downtown Saigon, now known as Ho Chi Minh City since Liberation in April 1975.

Tanks rumble by with waving tank men and soldiers aloft; an old Southern flag lies on the road ready to be crushed under the tracks of the victorious Northern Russian- made T55 tank.
