Dogma Prize 2025

5 December 2025 - 28 February 2026
Overview

Dogma Collection is proud to present the 2025 Dogma Prize Exhibition, featuring nine artists from Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.

Now in its twelfth edition, the Dogma Prize has spent over a decade championing artists in Vietnam and the greater region. As Vietnam’s first private art prize, it has grown along with Dogma Collection, evolving from an award for self-portraiture into a platform that celebrates the diversity of artmaking across the region.

This year’s awardees are Hà Đào, Đỗ Văn Hoàng, Lê Tuấn Ry, Willie Xaiwouth, Hằng Hằng, Hul Kanha, Nguyễn Đức Tín, Thuỷ Tiên Nguyễn, and Bi Tuyền.

The selection was made by an esteemed jury—artist Thảo Nguyên Phan, curator Bill Nguyễn, and art historian Pamela Corey—each of whom mentored three artists in a series of exchanges that have shaped the works on view. The Dogma Prize catalogue, now available for preorder, features expositions by the artists and profiles by the jurors.

The awardees represent a deliberate range, spanning career stages, mediums, and concerns. “This application process was incredibly difficult,” the jurors noted. “These artists struck us with their bold and honest explorations of complex themes while remaining deeply rooted in their communities and heritage. Each brings a distinct voice that expands our understanding of art and how it responds to the world we live in today.”

Join us for the opening reception on Friday, December 5 at 6pm, and for a screening program on Sunday, December 7 at 4pm at Galaxy Cinema Sala.
