miền trung dung | precious forest: Dogma Collection, A Sông Collective

miền trung dung | precious forest engages with the greater region of Đà Nẵng, a complex land with rich natural resources, cultures, and worldviews. In recent years, rampant development and touristification has reshaped the lives of all who inhabit the region, from the Katu people of the western mountains to the Kinh of the coastal city center. The exhibition reflects on the cultural and spiritual dimensions of these transformations, and the artistic and adaptive responses to them.

Featuring Tuấn Then, Ly Hoàng Ly, Phạm Bá Lĩnh, Nguyễn Ngọc Hải, Đoàn Hồng Lê, and Nguyễn Đình Phương; Katu artisans Alăng Blêu, Bh’ríu Pố, Bh’ríu Toàn, and Ating Nga; and archival wartime field sketches from Dogma Collection. In collaboration with Toom Sara Đà Nẵng. Exhibition designed by Luu Chu.
